1) DOS: look at the logs, for multiple hits from the same domain within 
seconds or milliseconds of each other, there will be many if it's a DOS.
2) If it's a shared connection, user's probably shouldn't be streaming 
or downloading large files.
3) if it's a shared connection, it's probably not segmented. You may 
want to look into outsourcing your hosting.
