My next door neighbor is going to do it. He doesn't have it set up yet, but he has the plans worked out.
One of the things he is going to do that apparently isn't standard these days is install a bank of batteries to store the electricity collected during the day so he can power everything with solar at night. It's still a big capital investment, I think it takes 7 years to pay for itself.
