Pretty standard AK.  You can get parts kits to turn it into what ever you
want.

Long heavy barrel either with a tripod and drum to serve in an MG role, or
with optics and a good stock and barrel for accuracy.  Short barrel and rail
mount systems.  Folding stocks, magazines, pistol grips, optics.

It's as bad as the custom car scene, and as expensive :)
