Looks pretty good, but what's the price? e.g., I've heard Masa costs like $500 just to walk in the door. I suppose there's a NYC premium, but I don't care what you're selling, it's not worth that. I'd fly to Japan before I'd spend that. Adam is a real foodie with I'm sure a great "palette" but either I don't have it or I do and don't care. I don't like fancy bite size food or restaurants. Which is why I like Seattle. My ideal meal can be found in just about any Paris brasserie. I've been to Alain Ducasse and Charlie Trotter and I'm just not seeing it. And Wolfgang Puck? WTF. I'll take chicken wings. It's like wine. How did this sub-culture of snobbery evolve around this stuff?
