Iraq and terrorism are under control, as much as any US President can control them. No attacks on US soil since 9/11. Iraq is far better off than it was before the surge, so that's two off the list and Obama hasn't even taken office. He needs to keep those two under control, make progress where possible, and tackle the rest of it as he can.
