hmm just heard that discussed. It was also preventing abortion in cases of rape and tretment of botched homemade abortions. When I hear something like "33% of maternal deaths in Peru are vcaused by women trying to give themselves abortions and we aren't allowed to discuss or address that in anoy way" then sorry but that is a problem regardless of your view on abortion.
