But what are you talking about? Medicare part A, B, C, or D? Because Medicare Advantage allows the enrollee to sign on with ANY private insurance company (that has an Advantage Plan) and see ANY doctor at ANY time. Further, all of Medicare is administered via PRIVATE COMPANIES.
