To which many say thank goodness (j/k). While there is a shared history and 
somewhat of a culture, it has diverged considerably.

That money stays in the US. generally it is going for the vastly inflated admin 
costs and hospitalization costs compared to the other industrialized countries 
that have a national health care system.
