I did have *severe* hay-fever before the septoplasty. The increased airflow through my nose has made a massive difference in reducing my reactions to almost nil. I *never* used to be able to mow a lawn and now in the summer I do it every 10 days or so. I also stopped snoring completely which is good and my sleep is much, much better.
