Lemme tell ya how it is Scotty ... it's like this: 1.) Bush didn't create this problem. 2.) Bush volunteered for ownership of the solution. 3.) Bush failed to protect American economic security by letting the problem fester and grow orders of magnitude worse. 4.) Obama volunteered for ownership of the solution. 5.) Now we'll see if Obama can fix it.
