Suggest to them that religion is a private matter, and if they want to
explore the Lutheran Faith, you'll support them 100%...but that doesn't mean
you necessarily have to join them.

(I have no idea how old your daughters are.....)

I tend to share many beliefs with a lot of the major religions....I just
don't buy into any of the human institutions they've constructed to garble
those beliefs. The Catholic Church, with the Pope and all those bishops and
blah blah blah...is a great example of "good, simple beliefs...run amok".
