In some circumstances, religion is either an excuse for, or a cause of, voluntary ignorance on the part of some people. But it can have an enormous positive affect as well. Most people are able to form a solid moral conscience within the context of their religion, and that serves them...and society...well in the real world. So I don't think it's slowing down our evolution. It's questioning it...it's challenging many of our decisions....but that can be, and should be, a healthy exercise. All things in moderation, even our own evolution. -- Everybody knows that the war is over Everybody knows that the good guys lost ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:291227 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
