>Sounds like a sound decision. I've never been one to buy the "minors don't >have rights" argument to keep things like contraception out of their hands.
The critical feature was that the decision was not made for scientific or health related reasons, but simply due to political and ideological grounds mainly from Republican appointees. It makes me wonder if there is anything left of the bush agenda. Its either been repudiated, reversed by the courts or the administration. At this point I hope they are able to weed out the bush ideologues that have been able to worm their way into the permanent postings to the civil service. One thing that has not received very much attention is the number of permanent positions that have been filled by these people, not because they were qualified for the position (many were not) but because of a last minute set of changes to the hiring rules that allowed these people priority. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:292637 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
