There are really two issues with off-shore work that I encounter in
bidding on jobs:  the abysmal quality of the work, and the political
implications for the company that is out-sourcing the work to another
country.  What I really want to offer is on-shore work at off-shore
prices so the clients don't have either of those problems. but I've
decided to take a different tack after seeing the responses about the
slogan.
