The main article with the plugs on the home page does not scream "buy
things". I admit it took a second to find the "shop" button.

Was unclear at first what the site was selling. I thought it was
selling connectors and cables (which sadly excited me. I spent 4
months once building a database of all connector types used by the
Navy, with photos and wiring diagrams). Took a lot of clicks and
reading to "get it".

plug-in and plugin are used interchangeably. pick one and stick with it.

the right column has the same padding top and left, but much more on
the right. feels weird.

I like the colors. like the framing. the drop shadows, the
sticking-out of the section caps and footer (right and left overhang).
screams techno.

Not sure about the all caps in the page name.

like the gold/black of the dials in the masthead, but those colors are
not repeated anywhere. use em someplace. love em. (maybe list images
or ordered lists, or something.

not sure about the analog dials up there in the masthead, while
talking about software plugins. seems incongruous.

i think i want the site name (the plugin store text) to be a touch larger.

the "Register" page is the perfect page example of the problems with
the colors/theme. (which is mostly there for me). the frame/site
elements scream at me, compared to the content of the page. it feels
faded out, washed out. the purple page header is too hard to see. I
have to strain a little to see the text. too light/too small. GIVE ME
SOME COLOR in the page itself. Right now, the interface and site
structure make the content tough to see. I keep looking away at the
bright colors.

on a long page like register, when i scroll to the bottom, that area
over there on the right is so blank. can you put some kind of ad or
additional offer over there, right at the bottom of the right column.
something that might trigger my interest when I got to the bottom of
the page and was bored.

the "register" button on that form does not match the other purple
buttons around the site. (gradation, grey text). It feels wrong
compared to the other.

I want the site name to be clickable in the header, to take me to the home page.

The about page shifts right, and does not make it to the bottom of the
page wiht the footer.

the top nav (home, shop, etc) seems scrunched up too high on their
background, too little top padding compared to the bottom padding.
just a touch too much, I dont mean they should be centered or
anything.

I wish the right menu under company info showed some waymarking
(purple hightlight of the current page like top nav, or grey
hilite/purple text like mouseover) for pages like History. it confused
me for a few, and i clicked 3 times to get it to change.

on the login page, can you vertically align the input boxes? and give
me a way to remember my password?

overall, i like the direction!
