Hot as fknk. I sweat my balls off. In two hours I drank three liters of
water. My shirts was totally soaked, including the sleeves. My pants all
the way to my thighs were soaked as well as my socks. So with that gear,
which weighs about 120 lbs (including weapon and helmet), it makes it
pretty miserable. I think that it increases the core body temperature
quite a bit. Makes it about 20 or so degrees hotter than it is. But,
being infantry, we embrace the suck.
