All good stuff, especially cost-wise in Central Europe. Have you checked out Latin America or Asia? Argentina is very cultured and similar to Europe, but really, really cheap. Costa Rica is similar if you like the tropics. In Asia, Thailand and Bali are cheap destinations that have loads of culture and fun. The only downside to those destinations is the distance, but I figure distance is no big deal for you.
