My use of the term "Shutdown time" isn't the same as when he actually goes to sleep... it's that magical moment when he has reached the point of input overload and regresses into a mode where nothing is satisfactory for more than 2 minutes or he's decided that he's otherwise done with it. It's a side-effect of him not taking a nap and generally being unwilling to have some "down time" on most days.
