Are you sure it wasn't a battle over BBQ sauce? Cause that would make
more sense. Nobody cares about rap. They probably said "rack" not
"rap". As in "rib rack".

So, sure, Gates & Arthur Bryant's are good but west coast rolls with
all that fruit and peppers in there yo. I ain't down with that.

So personally? I'm a KC boy, so I'm gonna lay down some sweet sauce
tracks KC style:

GATES
1 cup sugar
¼ cup salt
2 tablespoon celery Seed
2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoon garlic Powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 quarts catsup
2 cups cider vinegar
1 to ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix together all spices. Set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and
then add the spice mixture; mix well. Serve warm or cold. Freezes well.

ARTHUR BRYANT’S BARBECUE SAUCE

1/2 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
1/2 CUP RICE VINEGAR
1 CUP WATER
1/2 CUP PAPRIKA
1/3 CUP YELLOW MUSTARD
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/8 CUP KOSHER SALT
1/8 CUP WORCHESTER SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER
A LITTLE BLACK PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON HOT SAUCE - CHOWALLA IF AVAILABLE

COOK UNTIL DESIRED THICKNESS. FINE TUNE FLAVORS BY ADJUSTING QUANTITI
