Overall, it is a nice, clean corporate site. I found the default font
size to be a bit too small, personally. It looks more like text and
less like words if that makes sense. I just see blocks of text, not
individual words that jump out at me to read them.

On the home page, I think that the contrast of the text over the grey
background is too low. It doesn't really "pop". The text, in general,
could use a bit more line spacing I think to reduce the perceived
density, especially on pages with a lot of words.

It should be FAQs, not FAQ's, it is plural, not possessive.

The navigation bar is nice on its own but when combined with the
red/blue/white of the logo on the masthead, it really looks just like
my Costco card. That might be fine, but just telling you what it makes
me think of.

A really pretty nice, clean design. The main issues that jump out at
me is that the major visual elements (the masthead, the photos, etc)
are very high contrast but the text isn't, so it encourages me to
glance over the pages and look at the pretty things but not actually
read the content. If you can increase the contrast in the content and
perhaps space it out a bit more, it might encourage more visual
interaction with the text.

Cheers,
Judah

I agree with Jerry about the paper clip, that's a really nice visual
element and could be used for a lot of things.
