I should have added: their online system sucks as far as I'm concerned. That's the biggest problem I have had with them a) not that intuitive. b) we have a family plan, no unlimited, but different options now for non-unlimited plans, that are better pricing, etc. so I need to speak to them to make sure we have the best we can get for the price.
The online system has screwed up far too many changes in the past on my account. No trust anymore there. So I have no choice but to call them.
