I'd say that Adobe is right on this one, in the context of CFBuilder.
The Services Explorer has an option for System CFCs and as near as I
can tell, all of those CFCs are real CFCs that ship with CF9 but are
available for you to go in and muck about with. Since they come with
the system and they are CFCs, System CFC works for me.

cfmail, however, is still a tag.
