I've been meaning to give FW/1 a whirl since I respect Sean so much
but haven't had time. I'd be really impressed though if it seduced me
from Coldbox. Luis puts some serious effort into that framework and
it has absolutely everything...unit testing, AOP, DI, cacheing, MVC,
logging, mocking...just so impressive. It's my understanding that
FW/1 does a good job of not getting in your way, which is admirable,
but Coldbox has made me a better programmer because it has shown me
better ways to do things.

I'm just about submit my first contribution to the Coldbox framework,
an asynchronous interceptor that creates a thread pool and allows you
to run events asynchronously with queued events waiting for a free
thread from the pool. It is all done very cleaning using AOP and I've
really loved having AOP start to click in my head and I don't think
that would have happened if it hadn't been for Coldbox having AOP
baked in with all sorts of documentation and examples on how to use
it.
