Yes you have to pay for the Netflix membership. I was speaking to that you said you also had to pay the annual xbox gold fee to use Netflix through your xbox. I don't have to pay anything to use Netflix through the PS3. And while I had to pay the onetime fee for the TIVO service, that included Netflix, Amazon VOD, YouTube and more.
