Fairfax County schools have improved greatly even since I was in
school (graduated from Edison High in Alexandria in 1983), partly
because of the massive increase in the income in the area, they've
also opened up to private and industrial funding.

Jefferson Technology High School is the top technology specialty high
school in the country it gets public and private funding.

It an incredible improvement over how things used to be.
