And regardless of reasons or motives, a gang of people stomping a woman who is on the ground, and breaking her leg in multiple places should be locked up for good.
They should not be allowed in society after such actions, IMHO. They are cowards and bullies, and their mothers should be publicly shunned as failures. (no, I am not kidding).
