You have not been paying attention have you? A parliamentary commission, investigatory commissions from two highly reputable scientific societies, the Royal Society, and 3 different rector's commissions have all exonerated the scientists involved. All were independent, and highly reputable. The UNFCCC turned over all of its data to an independent commission of scientific experts. While criticizing the commission for relying on non-peer reviewed contributions to minor sections of the report also exonerated the UNFCCC's report.
