I don't think it worked.
BP is clueless on how to stop something this massive, and at that depth.
They've never had something like this happen before afaik.

They really need to be fined and be held responsible for ALL the losses and
damage.
Because the records show that they intentionally did not install the
recommended safety equipment, because they didn't want to spend the money.

It's really time Human considerations take precedence over purely economic
ones!
