Supposing what you say is true, it's easy to place all of the blame on Israel. People tend to forget Hamas' actions have led to this. They have just as much responsibility as Israel. When a rocket attack is launched from by Hamas, Israel will retaliate. There is no might, maybe, or if. It is going to happen. When Israel retaliates, everyone in Gaza in some manner is hurt.
