Points taken. But even being a parent that did not give into viral 
marketing of kids, when they where younger, wanting to go to McD's or 
any of the others I was always surprised how much of this junk we would 
accumulate.

We could literally count the number of times we eat out at fast food 
places per *year* on our fingers. It is less frequent then once a month. 
But once a year so, we would purge toys from the boys bedroom and 
throwout one or two grocery bags full of cheap, broken plastic toys from 
such places. It seems to multiple in dark places
