Check out the specs yourself. It's an Ematic E5. 12gb of storage (including a
8gb microSD card I paid $15 for, which is half of what EMusic promo offer I got
with the player was worth), video support, recording capability, a built in 3mp
camera, video recording capability, ebook reader functionality, and an FM radio
tuner (from which it can record to MP3). Like I said, you just can't match it's
features in an iPod. As for durability, aside from it getting knocked off
treadmills and what not because I'm a klutz I've seen my daughter chuck it
against the wall, chew on it, and step on it. Had I not seen the things it's
been through myself I'd never know. Not a scratch on the thing and it still
works perfectly. $50. No shenanigans. Or just call shenanigans on me and enjoy
your iPod that costs three times as much and does less.

As for Foxconn, I've got a one of their boards. I built my emulation station
out of it and it does pretty decent for that. Then again, how much of a
computer does it take to run games that came out in the mid 90s?
