The reason behind the temps, according to coffee makers, is that in order to
properly dissolve the essential oils to prevent premature breakdown of the
oils is to brew it in the 195-205 degree range.

consumed immediately, the coffee is to be "maintained at 180-185
degrees Fahrenheit".[20]
