I don't think that manufacturers should be held responsible though for
people's stupidity...if they are negligent and that negligence resulted in
injury, that is one thing, but if you do something stupid...that is you own
damn fault.  Just lie if you go to concert where loud music is played and
you get hearing loss, well maybe you should have taken common sense
precautions...it's pretty well known that Whitesnake is loud and that rock
music is loud and uses speakers that play the music very loud at very high
decibels.  I think judges in both of these cases should be disbarred for
being stupid.
