Okay I need advice because what is in place and experts-exchange has not
given me a solution the director is happy with.

She got a new computer and about 2 weeks after that she started getting
hundreds of spam emails. So we changed her settings in outlook to be the
most aggressive. Didn't have a good affect. Signed up for postini and that
didn't work until we found out that they had a .com domain forwarding email
to her .org so I deleted MX records. She saw a slight decline. She has been
complaining that postini is blocking good email based on the quarantine
summary she receives and still letting spam come through. She said today
alone she had 400 emails in her outlook junk email folder. People have
called her complaining emails are being rejected. Now some of this is
coincidence because some of the rejected emails were not our fault or
postini, for example blackberry.net has an issue with domains that have no
SPF record, the email is rejected. That is fixed but google has thousands of
articles on this and why blackberry hasn't fixed this yet so it will work
with postini.

She see's all issues as one big problem and wants it fixed. I've been trying
to fix it for 2 weeks going into my third and she isn't happy. Postini is
set at the highest level (aggressive) that I can. Their support and the
forums I've emailed have only told me one thing set my firewall to only
allow smtp connections from postini which I can't because she didn't pay for
the entire office to have postini. Only one other person in the 10 person
office complains of spam but she is the "communications director" so she
bulk emails from her personal account and is on every distro list
imaginable. I have no compassion for her.

Any suggestions other than creating a postini safe senders list (last ditch
effort)?
