Yeah. It gets really good when Tron takes over. Stick with it for the Londo/G'kar stuff. It is some of the best character development I have ever seen in a sci-fi show, or most TV shows, actually. It's not development like "oooh they handed me some new personal info about character X this week, so now I know more about them!" It's "Wow. These aren't the same characters as when the series started."
