That's what I have :-D 3ghz Quad Core AMD 940 Phenom II 64bit Black Edition 8 Gig Corsair RAM BFG GTX 285 OC 4Gig Ram (nVidia) Creative SB Xfi Platinum 750gig SATA HD DVDRW and BlueRay 22" 120 hz Viewsonic HD LCD compatable with nVidia's 3D Vision
IT's a great gaming rig and it's pretty nice to develop on too :-D I got everything through TigerDirect and cost $1500 (including the monitor)...a comparable laptop would be several thousand dollars ;-) -----Original Message----- From: Jacob [mailto:ja...@excaliburfilms.com] Sent: Tuesday, September 07, 2010 7:46 PM To: cf-community Subject: RE: Been to Google today? If going 64bit.. I have been running the 64 bit since October with no real issues. The only bad thing is I can't use the 64 bit browser until adobe gets off its backside and puts out the 64 bit flash plugin. Other than some of my very old games that just didn't like the 64 bit OS...everything runs great. It's also on a kick ass gaming rig that I built, so that might help :-D -----Original Message----- From: Zaphod Beeblebrox [mailto:zaph0d.b33bl3b...@gmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, September 07, 2010 11:56 AM To: cf-community Subject: Re: Been to Google today? I'd probably stick with 32 bit also as we have issues on 64 bit win 7 quite often. Meanwhile, the same program runs on 32 bit win7 without issue. On Sep 7, 2010, at 10:38 AM, Erika L.
