I've read bits from it. I can't quite bring myself to bother checking it out from the library since I already know I hate Goldberg's writing from NRO. It seems to be a classic bit of taking a couple of true items (like the fascination with Eugenics on the American Left in the early part of the 20th century) and mixing in a bunch of crap that ends up totally distorting everything. But then again, that's pretty common with political mass marketed literature, so I guess it shouldn't be surprising. Disappointing though.
