Duh. Human nature is what it is. Instead of complaining about "evil", would it not be better to simply accept human nature and act accordingly? This is the same problem progressives have. They think government is some great institution that can be manipulated to provide everything for everyone, if only people would just cooperate. Government, like all other human institutions, is made up of people, and therefore it is doomed to succumb to the failings of people.
