"Not completely toxic" isn't quite the same thing as "good for you".
I suppose it could count as good in the sense that the calories will
help keep you alive if you are starving to death. Otherwise, I have a
hard time seeing it as "good". And I'd once again point out that they
are trying to rename it to "corn sugar" to pull the wool over people's
eyes. Those guys have learned a lot from the tobacco lobby.
