so, today i was at the naturalization oath ceremony for my chilean (flex, .net, c# developer) girlfriend... the end of a 10+ yr process for her!! awesome stuff, to say the least... oddly enough they did some number announcing, and they went through all 37 countries, naming each, and those countries were represented by 101 people in the crowd! amazing. oddly enough, when the girl said, "have i missed anyone, or any country" the gentleman who was supposed to stand up when they called "israel", raised his hand and said "Palestine."
