Some shops that sell mold-making supplies will also have cut-to-order
acrylic services as well.

After you've got the shelf measured, etc. You could get the bulk
acrylic sheets cut at a place like that and then glue them together
with E6000 or similar.

www.tapplastics.com is the place I go, but they're West Coast only...
you might have some luck googling a shop in your area using search
terms gleaned from the site though
