I guess my biggest complaint has been with wanting new phone or devices.. I have to pay top dollar but the new customer gets it for free...Although in the last few years I have been able to get a discount depending on long I have had my current phone and what is left on my contract. Oh and I bought the MiFi and about 2 months later the new one came out that supposed to be 4g. But the MiFi has saved me more than a few times when Comcast has gone down!
I have wanted an Iphone for a long time but now I have my eye on the new EVO.
