So, you're saying that health care in america is 308 trillion dollar
liability?   Any numbers to back that up?  

I understand that there are outliers in the numbers (like multi-transplant
surgeries that can drift into the millions of dollars, which is itself a
ludicris figure), but those are outliers.  I'm talking about most people.
Maybe one or two serious surgeries, routine care, some ER time and
perscriptions.  I highly doubt that, on a per person basis, most folks would
go over a million in healthcare costs in their lifetime.  

We could up the ante a bit and give each person 10 million for healthcare
costs x 400 million people (high estimate) = 4 billion dollars.  That is
still well less than 4% of the current fiasco.  And it should be noted that
we wasted that much in entitlements in the time it took me to write this...
