Not to be snarky... But yeah, I.A. is soooooo going to take your side and not the cops. I don't care how many witnesses you have (they won't be interviewed) it will all come down to your word (and not even your actual words, but what the cop wrote down that you said in the police report) vs the the cop. You guess who will win. They only way you win against the cops is to have your own video of the incident that is released to the public before IA starts their investigation.
