I don't read that anywhere in the contract.

Just that the pet will be "rescued" if the owner is caught up in "The Rapture".

What exactly that is is not spelled out specifically. Therefore, any
law defining specifically what is meant by "The Rapture" would have to
take precedence, I think.

of course, i am totally kidding, i don't think that is likely to happen.
