SSA can't afford to tell us how much money they owe us, yet FEMA can
spend 75 million dollars to promote flood insurance - note: not
PROVIDE flood insurance, but PROMOTE it.  Including over six million
dollars to a DC based web design firm for a web site.  A privately
held web design firm that does not reveal who owns it.
