I am siding with the second. I can see this as a good way to report more
lies and misinformation from the right. They should have had this during
the HCR debate.

At first I was like, 'WTF? I am supposed to 'turn in' people who 'smear' the
president?' Scary thought. Especially coming from a Democrat.

Then I tried to look at it rationally. I can see this possibly being a
useful tool. For instance, if lot of people report misinformation about the
'jobs bill', the campaign will know they need to get clearer information
about the bill out to 'the people'.

The only problem is, I really do not see rational people using it the way
its intended. Mostly because rational people can typically see through the
bullshit that are political ads, etc.

Still don't know what to think of it. Maybe it is a good idea that was just
implemented poorly?
