yeah, according to the newspaper, which seems to have some good biker sources, that Hell's Angel was deliberately rammed by a paratransit van in some sort of road rage incident. Unrelated as far as anyone can tell and witnessed by half a dozen other Hell's Angels. Bizarre. As bizarre as the other series of events. None of it makes sense. If the idea is that the guy they are looking for was being punched by the guy he shot, isn't that almost self-defense? Especially since that guy had previously punched someone to death?
All I know is, the last funeral caused a ridiculous amount of noise. I'm arranging to be more than half a mile away for the next one, because they are having it in the same place. Up the street from my apartment. Back to Occupy San Jose, apparently they are being arrested for not having a permit, but the city told them it would be $250 an hour for the permit.
