Here in Santa Ana, CA, Santa Ana police arrested occupy protesters for violating the anti-camping laws of the city. But if you go to Downtown Santa Ana on any other given day, you see plenty of homeless camping and police just driving by...

I dislike anti-camping ordinances, but it seems to me that if you *must* enforce them, then you should not single out the people who are exercising their first amendment rights. Time would be better spent getting outlaw bikers to stop attacking each other at funerals. Or catching them after they do. Or something.
