Nope.  Your sites are down or you can't surf?  If it's the latter, you can
usually just use another provider's DNS.  I usually use three DNS entries
in my local machine setup.  The first two are my ISP's and the third is
another ISP's.

If you want one to try, one of Comcast's is 75.75.75.75 (easy to remember).
 Just add it as an alternate DNS entry in your network config.

If it's that your site's offline, can't help with that one.
